Sydney Rice, M.Ed., designed the PaperRoom System to be used in her coaching practice. It is an elegant and efficient way to gather information, achieve insight, and move forward with your clients. It has been effectively used with more than 1000 corporate and individual clients over the past 10 years. Using this collaborative system will enable you to see the world through your client’s eyes—not just the part that the client already knows, but what he or she may have never perceived before. You will quickly have the information you need to see their Silent Partners - needs, values, beliefs, perceptions, habits, expectations and assumptions that create the filters through which your client sees the world, and the kinds of experiences needed for them to feel appropriately challenged and fulfilled.

The PaperRoom Personal 360 process and materials go beyond the typical initial coaching session and biographical discussion. It becomes the foundation for coaching, giving you and your client a 360-degree view of their learned beliefs, perceptions, habits, expectations and assumptions that have, for better or worse, silently guided their life. It is fast, powerful, affirming, and transformative. PaperRoom Licensing Program Outline

       I.   Back-to-back Training Sessions – 2 days, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

DAY ONE

• Overview of the PaperRoom System
• Review of Critical Coaching Skills to be used
• The Results System, Goals Panel, Family Panel, Needs and Values Panel, and Patterns Panel
• Practice applications throughout

DAY TWO

• Needs and Values Panel, continued
• Translating and integrating the client's information
• Practice applications throughout
• “What’s next?”

II.   Individual Practice Applications – 4 to 6 weeks

• Participants practice delivering the PaperRoom Systems to 3 or more clients
• Re-read Choice Points:Navigate Your Career Using the Unique PaperRoom System
• Individual coaching support is available as needed to provide support before and after practice PaperRooms

III.  Training Session – 1 day

• PaperRoom demo
• Using the Choice Point Navigator™
• What’s next, now that you are a Licensed PaperRoom Coach, in order to become certified?

IV.  Support

• Ongoing Tele-coaching and support for PaperRoom Coaches working towards certification

V.   Licensing Certification Session

After working with several PaperRoom clients, you may submit an audio or video tape of a PaperRoom session for certification. You will be evaluated on your grasp and delivery of the concepts of the PaperRoom. Once you have been certified, you will be listed on the Boston Coaching Company's PaperRoom website as a certified PaperRoom Coach. You will also be eligible for the PaperRoom Workshop Facilitators Program to become certified to coach and facilitate the PaperRoom workshops for groups and to participate in the Boston Coaching Company's Corporate PaperRoom Workshops. These coaching opportunities are based on availability and demand for the workshops.

Eligibility

Participants must have:

• Received their individual PaperRoom within the preceding two years from a certified PaperRoom Coach
• Read Choice Points: Navigate Your Career Using the Unique PaperRoom Process
• Coaching experience*

*Note: The P/R Licensing Program does not include coaching instruction. It is assumed that participants are experienced coaches who are taking this program to augment and broaden their coaching practice and offerings.

Cancellation Fee
	No cancellation fee with over 30 days’ notice
	With less than 30 days’ notice = $250
	With less than 2 weeks’ notice = $500 or half of the deposit
Transfer Fee*		$250*
*Note: Participants requesting to change the date they will take the program 30 or more days prior to the start of that workshop will not be charged the $250 transfer fee.
